the room was neat with wifi, a good view and big comfy beds and the overall experience during out holiday was fairly nice.
The staff were a bit slow, didn't expect that coming.

They offer huge, silent rooms with elegant wooden furniture, a nice big working desk, table to seat. The dinner in the outdoor restaurant is what you need.

The hotel was luxurious and overall clean, with very helpful and excellent staff with the F&B manager. The location was central, excellent to a different restaurant "over there ". We could drink something at Steam Bar, located 1 km away...
Facilities were really good, however Wi-Fi was bad.

Everything was great, including cordial and kind staff with the F & B manager. The breakfast was rich and fine with freshly fried egg dishes, a chef who will prepare freshly fried egg dishes plus every taste and good value as opposed to other options.

We had a fine stay on a business trip.
Big size and exceptionally clean hotel, location was magnificent and unbeatable adjacent to Tashkent, the shopping centers, clubs, and both metro. The staff were extremely friendly and attentive and the wake up calls and ironing were free of charge.

The breakfast was rich and fine, I would love to come back. Everything was great, met the purpose, and the staff were really kind people with the F&B manager. The room was quiet with an exceptionally comfortable bed and a shower and complimentary toiletries in the bathroom. An outdoor restaurant was great!

The hotel was overall clean, facilities were very good, best possible and perfect location near to bus stops and airport, bed, breakfast. The staff were both VERY HELPFUL and attentive. The service was exceptional. An outdoor restaurant was an advantage.

Best possible and unbeatable position, we liked staying here.
Booked a room with particularly nice views of the lake and the mountains. Location: the hotel was really close to the "city centre" and all main places Malls. Spent our evenings in nearby Sette Restaurant & Bar enjoying drinks and atmosphere.
